Wedding Competition Terms & Conditions
By entering into this competition you agree to abide by the terms and conditions herein, and James Broome Photography (we) reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. We also reserve the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants from the competition and at our discretion, withhold prizes for violation of any of these terms and conditions.
Only complete and valid entry forms received will be entered into the competition. We take no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete or otherwise invalid entry.
Only one entry per wedding is permitted. You may submit on behalf of a friend or family member but additional entries will not qualify. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.
The main prize winner will receive a Platinum Wedding Photography package as outlined on the company website. Runners up prizes include discount vouchers towards selected packages. Prizes on offer are released upon receipt of a deposit.
Dates are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Prizes have no cash value alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
Locations in excess of 20 miles away from M27 4AJ may incur travel costs.
In consideration of winning the competition, the winners agree to the use of their names, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by James Broome Photography and it’s associated companies, whether in paper form or over the internet. Furthermore, the winner grants us worldwide royalty-free, irrevocable and perpetual license to use the images for publicity purposes.
The winners agree to attend interviews and photo shoots to discuss their respective prizes as is necessary for press coverage.
By providing your personal details you agree that James Broome Photography and it’s associates may contact you by email, SMS, telephone or post about offers that might interest you. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Lastly, we reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition in any manner whatsoever if, at our sole discretion, should we decide the competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.
